3.
Gorges of Aveyron

Ségala
- The Viaur

by its pearl,

Rodez - The
Aveyron Valley

Séverac-le-Château,
where we find
the sources of
the Aveyron,
the river will
lead you naturally
to Rodez, a two
thousand year
old town. In
the heart of
Aveyron, the
administrative
centre welcomes
you in the shade
of its cathedral,
which has, it
is said, the
most beautiful
bell-tower in

Lake Pareloup
- The Lévezou
Lakes
|

This wide
plateau, situated
between the
valleys of
the Tarn and
Aveyron, has
no less than
six beautiful
artificial
lakes, including
Pareloup (1200
hectares),
the lake of
Pont-de-Salars
and the lake
of Villefranche-de-Panat.
The mounts
of the Lévezou
offer them
a setting of
forest and
pasture land,
which make
this region
a very desirable
place for holidays.

Millau - The
Tarn gorges

the plateaux
of Larzac, Méjean,
Sauveterre and
Causse Noire,

the deep ravines
of the gorges

nature reserve
